In this webinar I am going to show you how to create a large jacket back sized design from a small left chest design.

I will also show you how to remove pieces and create new pieces to replace the ones that were not working out the way that you want them to do. This very often happens in stock designs. You may like the total look and it may be just the design that you customer is looking for but some of the peices in it just do not look good. After this webinar you will have the answer to that problem!

I am also going to take a small one color outline design and fill in all of the areas and give it some color. This design also is a small left chest sized that my customer decided he wanted for a jacket back after he saw the result of what I had done with the design.

Do you know how to make teeny tiny stars? I am also going to be showing you how to do this in the webinar!

Do you know how to make a new design from pieces of other designs? I am going to show you how to do that!

You will get all of this information and much more from this series and you will be able to take any digitized design that you have had in the past and make a lot of changes to it.

I will be offering this very informative series as a video product that can be purchased after we the webinar. The purchase price is going to be sold for more than the price of the webinar, so you want to make sure that you attend the webinar if you are an Embroidery Tips and More member. If you are not, you can go to Embroidery Webinar Of The Month to gain your access into this webinar.

If the timing is wrong for the webinar, you want to get access to it and register for it anyway. All of those that are registered will get access to the videos after the webinar. I know that the timing may be wrong for some people. I just cannot have a time that is perfect for everyone, so make sure that you take advantage of this offer while it is still available. 11 am Tuesday will be the cut off time. Do not wait another day!

This past month has been an extremely busy one! I have been out working for a large company on a consulting job, caught the flu, held a webinar, created some videos and now I am in sunny Florida for the next two weeks.

It was so great to wake up this morning to the sun shine and warm weather. It has been a long winter in Binghamton, New York where I live, and the cold just wants to hang around instead of leaving and letting Spring take over! I have been so ready for this sun and warmth!

I am here in Ocala, Florida visiting my neice for one week and then on down to Wellington, Florida to visit my daughter. My neice lives in a community on a golf course and it is so beautiful. She has several trees and a lot of flowers all over the yard and it is so peacefull and realaxing. I plan on getting caught up with a few of my projects while I am here and am preparing for my next webinar. I am not sure if I will be here in Ocala for the next webinar or in Wellington. Either way, that will be held on Tuesday night, April 28th at 8 pm.

My next Embroidery of the Month webinar is a continuation of the webinar that I had on April 7th. I started creating some designs using the Existing fonts and shapes in my embroidery software and we ran out of time. There is so much to learn and so many tips that I want to share with you so that you too can learn how to create some of your customers logos using your existing embroidery fonts and shapes.

I created one design and started another one using True Type fonts but I was unable to finish it due to the time constraints. I am going to show you how to finish up the college logo that I was creating using the True Type fonts and then show you how to create a logos that a customer brought in using a combination of shapes and True Type fonts.

I sent everyone that attended the webinar a jpg of a logo so that they could create a design using that logo and requested that they send them back to me finished. I want to go over some of the designs and critque them during the webinar. I am still waiting for some of them to come back into me. I am looking forward to see how you approached this design. Some of the attendees were beginners and some were more advanced. This was a challenge that could be overwhelming to a beginner but it was one that was very doable with almost any embroidery software.

I will be using the Tajima by Pulse embroidery software during my presentation but the techniques that I use can be used in any embroidery software. I refer to the Wilcom software and the Design shop software during the presentation.

I love working with my students and teaching them embroidery tricks and techniques. Each new embroidery technique that you learn helps to speed up the process and increase your bottom line! To me this is very exciting. I am constantly in a race with myself trying to speed up little processes. Sometimes the very basic techniques can be lacking and one simple process can make a huge difference!

If you are new to embroidery or new to creating designs for embroidery learning the basics of what makes a good quality finished design is extremely important. One of those basics is the fundamentals of Underlay.

Many embroiderers do not use Underlay because they have no idea as to how to use it or what type of Underlay to use for their particular design, stitch type or fabric style. Instead they use a heavy density and this can cause a multitude of problems.

During this presentation we are going to focus on:

5 Basic Functions Of Underlay

4 Basic Rules Of Underlay

The Different Types Of Underlay

What Underlay To Use For Different Types Of Stitches

Why Lettering Sews Out Uneven

How to Increase And Decrease The Density Of Your Underlay And Why You Would Do That

Go Over Examples Of Lettering And Underlay In The Software.

Show You How To Create Underlay Manually Even When You Do Not Have any Digitizing Tools!

This webinar if FREE to all Gold Embroidery Club members of Embroidery Tips and More, but is open to anyone else to attend for a minimum investment of $29.95.

Go to Embroidery Tips and More.com and click on the banner at the top of the page to sign up. You do not want to miss this webinar. What you learn will make a huge difference in your embroidery designs whether you are creating keyboard lettering or digitizing all of your own designs.
